Metavision-8i

Metavision-8i is an advanced optical emission spectrometer equipped with a dual optical system and CMOS sensors. Research in the field of spectrometry focuses on providing high sensitivity and accuracy while achieving lower detection limits and faster analysis times. Metavision-8i offers fast, sensitive and accurate analysis for a wide range of elements in Ferro and None-Ferro metals, while also providing economic advantages. The dual optical system, which shows superior performance in the wavelength range of 140-620 nm, can detect elements such as Carbon, Sulfur, Phosphorus, Boron and Nitrogen with high sensitivity with deep UV optics between 140-220 nm. It offers superior analysis capacity by reaching detection limits of ≤20 ppm for Carbon and Sulfur and 20 ppm for Nitrogen in steel and cast iron. In addition, it can reach 99.9%+ purity level in non-ferrous metals and this rate can exceed 99.98% for some elements such as Copper and Lead.
