Proceq Torrent

Torrent is a non-destructive concrete air permeability test device developed by the Swiss-based Proceq company that allows the evaluation of concrete quality in the field. It allows the air permeability value of concrete to be determined quickly. The spacer is the layer of concrete that protects the reinforcement from abrasive elements that cause corrosion. The Torrent air permeability tester allows for fully non-destructive testing of the cover quality in the field as described in the Swiss standard SIA 262/1. A vacuum pump assembly is used to maintain airflow during testing. It has a user-friendly menu. Torrent 200 can keep the analysis in its memory. The test time is usually around 2-12 minutes.
