Topaz32 PA&TOFD

Topaz32 is the world's first fully integrated Phased Array device with a 10.4" touch screen. It has 32 crystal firing and 128 crystal probes capable of attaching. Thus, two Phased Array probes can be connected to the device and both sides of the welds can be examined in a single scan. Conventional ultrasonic probe It can also be used in TOFD, Puls-Eco, Pitch-Catch applications with its input. Its durable casing is suitable for use in field conditions. It is resistant to drops. The channels on the back of the magnesium case provide the best cooling. With the Ultravision Touch program, Topaz32 can create scanning plans, examine and report the results after the examination. With the Ultravision 3D software used in the computer environment, scanning plans can be created on the Auto CAD drawing of the part to be examined, and errors can be displayed in their real places on the 3D picture of the sample.
