Zircon PA&TOFD

Zircon is the most portable high-performance Phased Array and TOFD electronics possible without sacrificing signal quality, produced by Zetec with the latest technology. Two Phased Array probes can be connected to Zircon and both sides of the welds can be examined in a single scan. It can also be used in TOFD, Pulse-Eco, Pitch-Catch applications with conventional ultrasonic probe input. It is especially designed for sensitive applications such as nuclear energy. Thanks to its durable casing, it is suitable for impacts and field use. With the Ultravision-3 software in the laptop environment, Zircon can create scanning plans, examine and report the results after the examination and transfer them to the computer environment via USB. Again, with the Ultravision 3D software used in the computer environment, scanning plans can be created on the Auto CAD drawing of the part to be examined and the errors can be displayed on the 3D picture of the sample in their real places.
